I can’t believe today was the last day of CEO for 2026!

What a whirlwind this year has been — full of growth, learning, networking, challenges, laughter, personal development, and experiences that will stay with all of us long after this year ends. It has truly been an incredible journey for everyone involved.

We wrapped things up with a great hurrah at Topgolf on Wednesday, and it was so much fun getting to celebrate together and enjoy one last day as a group.

Being the Facilitator for these 18 students has been an absolute joy and one of the greatest honors. Watching them grow in confidence, professionalism, creativity, leadership, and resilience has been something really special. From business visits and mentors to pitches, trade shows, and individual businesses, these students have accomplished so much this year.

I’ve been involved since the Mt Zion Illinois CEO program’s inception, and I truly count it as both an honor and a blessing to have had this opportunity and experience. The relationships, connections, and impact of this program are hard to put into words.
