Mandy Moore is co-owner of Willow Branch Farms, a family farm operation near Moweaqua, IL. Much of her time is spent volunteering at church and a local homeless shelter. Mandy as a council member for Mt. Pleasant Church of God and treasurer of Soldiers and Dogs, a non-profit organization which trains service dogs for veterans. Additionally, she serve as Board Chair for Mt. Zion IL CEO. Mandy currently resides in Mt. Zion with her husband Chad, along with their 16 year old daughter, Taylor.
Tom is the owner/broker of Field Level Agriculture, Inc. Their services are: Farmland Sales, Management, Consulting, Marketing, Appraisals, farmland investing.

Seth M. Baker, owner and founder of Field Level Agriculture, Inc, was raised on a grain farm outside of Mt. Pulaski in Logan County, Illinois. Seth spent his early years helping his dad and grandpa around the farm which raised corn, soybeans and seed corn. By combining a lifetime in agriculture with a passion for economics and investing, Seth is able to use his experience and passion to help farmland owners reach their goals.
In 1997, he received a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois. Seth began his career in farm management in Paris, Illinois before joining Union Planters in the fall of 1998. Through mergers and names changes, Seth stayed with that same ag services group which is now known as First Illinois Ag Group.
Seth earned the designation of Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers in 2003. After completing 180 hours of classroom training and 2,000 hours of practical farmland appraisal experience, Seth became an Illinois State Certified General Appraiser in 2008. His most recent professional achievement is becoming a Real Estate Managing Broker in 2015, after spending 16 years as a Real Estate Broker.
In addition to Mt. Zion CEO, Seth is involved in the Mt. Zion Youth Baseball and Softball Board, Mt. Zion Police Pension Board, Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (State President 2020), Illinois Realtors Land Institute, and Illinois Coalition of Appraisers.
Seth, his wife Marie, and six children reside in Mt. Zion, Illinois. Both Seth and Marie are active in the community and spend much of their free time with activities revolving around kids. Marie is a school social worker with the Mt. Zion School District.

Linda Harper has a Master's of Business Education degree. Ms. Harper has lived in Mt. Zion for 38 years and has two children who graduated from the Mt. Zion High School. Linda has been setving as the Administrator of the Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce since 2017. Before that she taught a variety of business and computer classes over 30 years for Richland Community College and retired as a Professor of Information Technology. During her tenure at RCC, she was the advisor of several student organizations including Phi Beta Lambda. Linda Harper is a Past President of the Illinois Business Education Association. While she was teaching full-time, she also was an Independent Consultant for a vitamin/nutrition company and Mary Kay and was an active member of both the Mt. Zion Chamber and the Decatur Chamber.

Jordan T. Klein joined Erickson, Davis, Johnson & Walsh, Ltd., as an associate in 2015. He received his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law in 2012 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009. While in law school, Jordan served as editor of the DePaul Journal of Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property Law.
