Mitch Mammoser, from FrostBuddy.com was gracious enough to meet with us today from Effingham, IL via zoom! His brother, Brock, was in one of the first CEO classes. They started FrostBuddy in 2019. He did a great job communicating the importance of servant leadership, figuring out what and how to give back & help others, and take care of your employees & treat them well! His advice was to not chase money, “success” , or a specific destination, but who we become in the journey! Good things come from the hardest times and are are what makes us learn and grow, more relatable and realistic, & the stories told!

Thank you, Mitch for joining us today! #frostbuddy #mtzionilceo #ceojourney
