Thank you to Seth Baker and Tom Courson of Field Level Agriculture Inc. for coming to speak today! They shared with us that although they didn’t invent something, they solved a problem and had a different idea on how to structure a business than what they both had experienced elsewhere making it better! They stressed that relationships and connections often set your path and hiring the right people/surrounding yourself with the right people is vitally important to growing and maintaining a business.

Seth and Tom encouraged us to focus on what you do well, your strengths, what you like, and not just about making money! Listening and making people feel important are key concepts in owning your own business.

Thinking about the lifestyle you want to live, like making your kids ballgames and activities, is something to think about when deciding your career path!

They have both been an integral part of starting CEO as well as sitting on the CEO board, and *INVESTORS* and we appreciate all of their support! They even gifted all of the students with their own Field Level Ag hats! #mtzionilceo #ceomindset
