🐾 CEO descended upon PawPrint Ministries! 🧡🖤
Mount Zion Illinois CEO students rolled up their sleeves this morning to help with some last-minute setup, organizing, and cleaning for PawPrint Ministries’ Tailgate this Saturday from 11:00–2:00!
In CEO, we work hard to drive home the importance of giving back to the community that gives so much to us. Today was a perfect opportunity to put that into action by helping an organization that spends every day serving others.
And as the saying goes, many hands make light work! It’s also a lot more fun when you’re serving alongside others. One of the best lessons we can teach our students is that when we give our time and talents to help someone else, we often walk away receiving far more than we ever expected. Service has a way of giving back to the giver, too. 🧡
It’s pretty neat when two great organizations collide! 🐾
Our students also had the opportunity to hear from Jennifer Dahn, Director of PawPrint Ministries, about how the organization began 13 years ago with just one dog and has grown to more than 45 teams of handlers and comfort dogs serving people throughout our community.
Entrepreneurship and leadership aren’t just about building businesses—they’re about recognizing needs, serving others, building relationships, and making your community better than you found it.
