🧡 Mentorship is at the heart of the CEO experience!

One of the most important—and transformational—components of CEO is the opportunity for each student to build a one-on-one relationship with a mentor from our business community.

Today, we kicked off that journey with our first Mentor Mingle! Students and mentors participated in a little “speed dating” activity, rotating through small groups so everyone had the chance to meet, talk, ask questions, and get to know one another. There were lots of conversations, connections, and laughs along the way!

These relationships are about so much more than business advice. Our mentors will encourage, challenge, listen, share their experiences, and help our students grow in confidence and professionalism throughout the year.

We are incredibly grateful to the community members who are willing to invest their time and experience in our students. We’re looking forward to a great year and can’t wait to see the relationships that grow from today!
