Setting the culture doesn’t just happen—it’s intentional. 🧡🖤
This week in CEO, we’ve focused on skills that can make a big difference in how you show up in the world.
Students practiced introducing themselves and others with confidence, asking thoughtful questions, showing genuine interest in people, and making interactions more personal. We also discussed how to use AI as a tool—not as a replacement for our own thinking, creativity, or personal connection.
Students also completed their DISC assessments and learned what their scores mean. One of the biggest takeaways? There is no “best” personality type. Each one brings different strengths to a team.
Understanding how we communicate, what motivates and drives us, and how to work effectively with people who think and respond differently than we do is a lifelong skill.
We’re also learning how to become the kind of person YOU would want to hire. What makes you stand out? What are the little things that set you apart? How do you go beyond simply doing what’s expected and PRODUCE THE WOW?
CEO isn’t just about learning business. It’s about learning how to communicate, build relationships, understand yourself, take initiative, work with others, and become someone people want on their team.
We’re not just setting the culture for our CEO class—we’re building skills for life and learning how to PRODUCE THE WOW! 🧡🖤
