What an exciting first day of CEO! 🧡🖤

One of the most important things we do at the beginning of the year is set the culture-because CEO is not school. It’s an experience designed to challenge students to think, communicate, and carry themselves differently.

Today we talked about communication, how we present ourselves, and what it looks like to be respectful and considerate of the people around us. We also learned an important lesson that goes far beyond CEO: when we take the time to really get to know people, we often discover that we have a lot more in common than we think. Our similarities can be much greater than our differences.

We spent time getting to know one another, took care of a few housekeeping items, shared some laughs, and started laying the foundation for the kind of culture we want to build together.

CEO is about so much more than business. It’s about relationships, professionalism, leadership, confidence, respect, and learning how to show up well in the world.

We are off to an AMAZING start, and I already know it’s going to be a great year! 🧡
