Exciting things are in store for Mount Zion Illinois CEO as we approach our 5th year as a program!

I just wrapped up three incredible days at the CEO Facilitator Retreat and Training with the Midland Institute. It was a valuable opportunity to collaborate with facilitators from CEO programs across the country, share ideas, discuss best practices, and learn from one another’s experiences.

One of the most inspiring parts of the retreat was hearing about the innovative ways other programs are impacting young professionals and entrepreneurs in their communities. These conversations challenged us to think differently, continue growing, and constantly look for ways to make our program even stronger.

As facilitators, we have the privilege and responsibility of helping students develop the skills, confidence, and mindset they need for future success. I’m returning energized, full of new ideas, and excited to bring fresh opportunities to our students, mentors, investors, and community partners.

The learning never stops, and neither does our commitment to being better today than we were yesterday.

The future is bright for Mount Zion Illinois CEO, and I can’t wait to see what this year has in store!
